the cozy double room was tiny, which is not what I woudl ve expected at these prices. also, it was a shame the staff couldn’t share some local restaurant recommendations. I might have overlooked these mostly horrible things, like my expected upgrade that never came, but I just couldn’t after such an experience.

Rooms are a bit on the small side for the price!!! Having only three floors in an office building limits spacious views!!! I expected better storage solutions in the room!!!

The staff were incredibly attentive, remembering my preferences at breakfast. The breakfast selection was diverse, featuring fresh fruits and pastries that suited our family's tastes. The city view from our room was a wonderful touch, brightening our mornings as we planned our day.

Wi-Fi was excellent. found the bar cozy but parking was charged extra.

Our stay was fantastic! The location was super convenient for jumping on trains, and the staff went above and beyond with warm welcomes and helpful tips! Breakfast had plenty of fresh options in a lovely setting.

The bed was super comfy, and I enjoyed the hot shower after a long day. Plus, it was nice to relax in the little garden area and try the complimentary coffee in the lounge. Just a heads up, the rooms are a bit on the smaller side compared to what I’m used to, but overall, I had a lovely stay! 😊

great location, walking distance to Tokyo and Kyobashi stations. The room was cozy with a comfortable bed, a heated toilet seat, and free toiletries. The fitness center was well-equipped. Housekeeping did a superb job every day. Staff remembered my preferences at breakfast, which had tasty options including fresh fruits and pastries.

So, the location was a game-changer! ! Just a short walk from the subway station, we could easily get around the city, hitting shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet had everything you could dream of—seriously, I was overwhelmed by the options, but in a good way!

It wasn't cheap, but honestly, for the convenience and service, it was acceptable.

The location of Courtyard is advantageous, situated just a couple of blocks from Tokyo Station and easily accessible via the metro. The rooms, though small, are well-kept and designed tastefully, providing a quiet environment for rest. The complimentary breakfast buffet offers a diverse range of options, and the Lavarock restaurant provides generous portions that exceeded our expectations.

The rooms are quite compact, making it challenging to store luggage adequately.
